Did the update and now it doesn’t load. It’s just a white screen of nothing now. Before the update never had any problems with it now can’t use it at all!.. please fix!!

I have a 13 pro max and the app just displays a white screen. Tried killing the app and rebooting the phone same issue.

Unfortunately there’s no pre-tax calculation option for those that believe tax should not be included in the tip calculation.

Simple and love the different options of services I can choose to calculate my tip! I love how you can choose to split the tip and also round up or round down on the amount.

This is a must-have and highly recommended. The default screen is user friendly and empowers the user to adjust amounts based on their experience with the provider.

This app has been extremely helpful to me in so many instances. It eliminates me having to try to figure out the final cost of a bill. In addition, some establishments take advantage and list gratuities that are higher than the actual percentage. With this app, you are able to come to the exact expense based upon your exact bill. I encourage you to download and watch your stress level decrease when deciding your tips.

Hands down a must have!!! Can’t stop using the app every time I go out to eat or go on a vacation. It’s a million times easier than the calculator app! Seems like the dev pushed an update recently too which finally brings full support for my iPhone X and features like rounding. Really like the direction this is taking

CJ’s gratuity app is very helpful. Many times when I’m out eating With my friends we often have trouble figuring out who pays what for the meal what we should tip for service. Using cJ’s gratuity app made this task much easier.

I use this app every time I go out. It has done much for my not under tipping when I get great service.

Works as it’s supposed to, but it doesn’t fill the screen. You’re stuck with ugly black bars if you have a large screen. -iPhone X User

When I first got this app I was so excited. Finally an app that shows me how to tip for the correct service. Since I always like to pay a full amount meaning no cents I would always change my settings to rounded total. For weeks and months I was using this and paying this. It wasn't until today I realized that the check total wasn't even correct. Example, yesterday I went to a restaurant and I received a bill of $18.72 and it would say that I need to tip $2.81 to achieve $22.00. Without realizing I just signed and was just about to leave the restaurant when the waitress hounded me down wanting to know what the correct tip amount was because the summation was correct. My face felt red when I realized the error and knowing how many times this has happened. Never again will I be using this app. I really wanted to like it. But the embarrassment of showing my lack of accounting skills is too much to bear.

I tried this as a replacement for Big Tipper, which is no longer being updated. Unfortunately, this app does not add the bill amount and gratuity correctly. I am unable to get in touch with the developer as the website for this app is no longer working. I'm glad I did the math myself and noticed this problem!

No pre tax (in fact there's no way to add tax at all).

Finally I found the best app! Thanks. It has nice design and clear workflow.

The interface is great and they did some bug fixing when it comes to rounding the tip. It has optional features that round either the tip or the total check. No adds blocking the screen when I need to calculate a tip.

Love the user interface! Love how easy it is to use. Would love to see the tax calculated into the total!! Noticed when I chose the "salon" option, I would have to press the "rate your service" button twice for the correct total amount (the tip amount would calculate but not add to the total). Anyone else have that problem?

Add the ability to round the tip to a dollar amount to make an even dollar total. I want to tip to have cents but the total to be a $42.00.

...but needs to have a default type of establishment. Otherwise you have to tap restaurant/bar/delivery each time. It also needs the ability to tip pre tax.

Nice app. Simple and clean interface however, round up total option doesn't work. Also, would like to see tip on/off with tax option.

Shows promise - nice UI. 5 stars if tax is included. I want to put in a total and a tax rate and get back what each person pays including tax and tip.

Like I said, interface is nice and clean, but way too many calculation bugs and inconsistencies. Thanks, but no thanks

Best app ever

Just looking for a simple and quick way to determine the tip. The design is almost perfect. Would be 5 stars but the background color is a take away for me. Review ends here. This is my wish list. Change the venue to Round Tip and Round Total. Would like to have faster access to those functions. Allow a choice of background colors. *****

First off, the color is horrible, hard to read. Please! Change the color! Second, it's buggy. Set number of people to 1, enter the bill amount and see what "each person pays" calculates to.

Well done tip app. My new go to app. Easy to use. Has all options necessary including rounding up and down. Only complaint is the number pad is HUGE!!!

This app looks great and i can easily see it replacing the one I use now if the developer does one thing: Allow us to put in a tax percentage in the settings so that we’re not tipping on the tax. For example, if my tax rate is 7% and the bill is $100. That means that $6.54 of that is tax. My 20% tip would be 18.69 and If it rounds up to $19 then the total would be $119.00. Add in a tax option that automatically is deducted before tipping and it’s a winner.
